Hot Chocolate Mix

SERVES 24
PREP TIME 5 min

3 cups dry milk powder

1 cup cocoa powder ¼ teaspoon salt

1 cup sugar

1 cup mini chocolate chips

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 In a large bowl, whisk the milk powder, cocoa powder and salt. Pour into a 2-quart canning jar, then layer in the sugar, chocolate chips and marshmallows. Leave enough room at the top to shake together the ingredients.

2 Attach a card with these instructions: Shake the jar well, then stir 3 tablespoons Hot Chocolate Mix into a mug of boiling water or hot milk.
